A Rainy day
A
rainy day is a day when it rains almost all day long. The sky often remains
cloudy and it is dark all around. The roads become muddy and slippery. One can
not go out without an umbrella. Sometimes, the roads and fields go under water
and people have to walk their homes or working places. Open manhole is very
dangerous on a rainy day because one can not know where it is under water.
Children can not attend theie school or go out to play. They feel very happy and
they pass the day by playing indoor games like hide and seek, ludo, chess,
carom etc.
On such a day the day labourers can not work, officials can not go to office. The poor can not welcome the day. Because of the fact that they have to suffer a lot during the day. During a rainy day, they can not earn their bread and butter and so they have to strave. In fact, the poor have to pass a very miserable life during a rainy day. In spite of it rain water makes everything neat and clean. After rain, Nature wears a fresh look.
